All event bookings are subject to availability and written confirmation by Three Hearts Event Center. A deposit may be required to reserve and hold your requested event date. Final payment terms, due dates, rental hours, included items, and any add-on services will be outlined in your booking confirmation, invoice, or event agreement.

 

Failure to make required payments by the stated deadlines may result in cancellation of your reservation, loss of your deposit, or both, subject to the terms of your specific booking agreement.

 

 

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

 

 

Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms may vary depending on the type of event, date reserved, and services booked. Any deposit paid to secure your event may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

 

If you need to request a cancellation or reschedule, you must contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate date changes based on availability, but rescheduling is not guaranteed.

 

 

5. Venue Rules and Client Responsibility

 

 

Clients and guests agree to use the venue responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and venue policies. The client booking the event is responsible for the conduct of all guests, vendors, and invitees attending the event.

 

Three Hearts Event Center reserves the right to refuse, limit, or end any event or access to the venue if we determine that venue rules, safety standards, occupancy limits, or applicable laws are being violated.

 

Clients may also be responsible for damages, excessive cleaning, overtime, or policy violations resulting from their event, guests, or vendors.

 

 

6. Food, Beverages, and Outside Vendors

 

 

Three Hearts Event Center may allow outside food, beverages, or vendors, depending on the event type and booking terms. Any such allowances are subject to our policies and any requirements communicated in writing.

 

Clients are solely responsible for ensuring that outside vendors, caterers, bartenders, decorators, entertainers, and similar service providers comply with all required licenses, insurance, permits, and legal obligations.

 

 

7. Decorations and Setup

 

 

Decorations, event setup, breakdown, and use of the space must comply with our venue policies. Certain items, installations, or materials may be restricted to protect the venue, furnishings, and guest safety.

 

We reserve the right to prohibit décor, equipment, or activities that may damage the property, create safety concerns, or conflict with venue operations.

 

 

8. Photography and Marketing Use

 

 

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Three Hearts Event Center may photograph or video portions of the venue before, during, or after events for general promotional purposes, provided that such use is reasonable and not intentionally intrusive.

 

By booking with us, you grant Three Hearts a limited right to use general, non-sensitive images of the venue setup and décor for marketing, website, or social media purposes, unless you request otherwise in writing before your event.

 

Professional photography, video, or media coverage arranged by the client remains the responsibility of the client and their hired vendors.

 

 

9. Website Content and Intellectual Property

 

 

All content on this website, including text, branding, logos, graphics, images, layout, and design elements, is owned by or used with permission by Three Hearts Event Center and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used without prior written consent.

 

Unauthorized use of our website content, branding, or materials is prohibited.
